Shek Pik reservoir to Ngong Ping(the Big Buddha)
Starting at Tung Chung, bus number 11 and get of the bus at the Shek pik reservoir.

Some beautiful views along the way but the beginning, the stairs can be discouraging but it’s well worth it.
