Refund & Return Policy

1. Defective or Misdescribed Goods
Under the Hong Kong Sale of Goods Ordinance, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if merchandise is:
- defective,
- misdescribed, or
- unfit for purpose.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase.
Goods may be inspected before a decision is made.
2. Conditions for Merchandise Returns
Eligible returns must:
- Be unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be free of signs of wear, washing, or modification
Non-returnable items include:
- Hygiene-sensitive gear (socks, underwear, hydration gear)
- Damaged or used items
- Clearance or discounted items
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer pays return shipping, unless item is defective or misdescribed
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval
- Banks may require additional processing time
5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos/videos (if applicable)
6. Event Cancellation by the Club
A full refund or free transfer is provided when events are canceled due to:
- Typhoon signals
- Red/Black rainstorm warnings
- Extreme Weather / Heat Alerts
- Trail closures or accidents
- Minimum participant requirements not met
- Organizer illness/emergency
7. Participant Cancellation
Refund schedule:
- 7+ days before event: Full refund minus administrative fee
- 3–6 days before event: 50% refund
- 0–2 days before event: No refund
- No-shows: No refund
Exact fees may be specified per event at checkout.
8. Change of Mind
Refunds are not provided for change of mind or personal preference.
